I love your happiness tips.
Going for a walk is a good idea. I normally take a stroll in the garden. Sometimes one of my cats comes along. I have a look at the fishpond in the back of the garden. Sit on the stone bench under the big old tree. That makes me happy.
Listening to favorite music is a great mood lifter.
Thinking of people who have it more difficult than I makes you count your blessings and as a result, you will be happy.
Nice to know we only need to activate 17 muscles to be able to smile. 43 Muscles to frown? That will create wrinkles for sure.
