    Hi Michelle,
Thank You for this great post on simple meditation techniques, and on your top recommendations for mediation pillows.

I’ve developed a low heart rate (bradycardia) for the past 3 years, but Western medicine could not find any workable solution for this, as I was not a candidate for a pacemaker.

So I turned to meditation with the help of my friend the eminent Dr. Lee, and my bradycardia symptoms became less frequent. Only 10 minutes a day of quiet mediation before bedtime, and during our sessions.

I’ve bookmarked this page, and will definitely keep in mind your great suggestions for meditation pillows.
    Thanks!

    Kaju
