Although there is no cure for the reduction of your cognitive abilities, food and vitamins can support the health of your brain. Your diet affects your brain function, so it is essential to be mindful of what you take into your body.

1. Oily or Fatty Fish

Fish is a rich source of Omega-3, an essential fatty acid that your body cannot produce. You can only get fatty acids through the food that you eat. Oily and fatty fish is one of the most effective sources of Omega-3. You can also get Omega-3 from soya beans, flaxseeds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
